One of the best looking prospects in the Pacific Northwest for the Class of 2015 is Alex Neale. The Junior to be just wrapped up a terrific Spring and Summer showcase series and showed why he can be one of the hottest prospects at the Center position in the West by this time next season.
We saw Alex at a number of events and then watched him at the Trench Camp for 3 days this past week. In pads mind you. This helped us determine that once he is set into a collegiate line with skilled Guards either side of his he is going to be tough to beat. AT 6’2.5″ and 290 lbs now he is closing in on prototypical size for a big time D-1 Center. With two years to go we now he has room to grow.
Even is he does not his technique was just so Superior to his piers he is clearly projecting all the way to the College ranks and no doubt will be a Scholarship guy. Who will offer first? Hard to say but it would appear he is going to gain offers from at least the D-1 AA level this season. Great kid too and a great student leader. No doubt Alex is one of the reasons Eastside Catholic will continue to be very tough going into the next couple of years.
Catch the Interview we caught with Alex Neale this past week.
