It was great seeing 2019 rising QB Ayden Ziomas of Glacier Peak High School (WA) at the NW 9 QB Camp this past Summer. Like most of the talent there at the camp he is one of the best in the Pacific Northwest. It has been truly remarkable watching the 26 QB’s who attended the ultimate QB Camp as the season has unfolded because to a man they are all just lighting up the skies of Friday Night all over the Region.
Despite several of those athletes posting games of over 300 yards it was Ziomas last week who blew the sky open and created a spot light onto the field in the big win over Snohomish. The 5’10”- 160 lb. Sophomore went nuts throwing for 475 yards on a night where he went 25 of 35 and posted 7 TD’s and no interceptions. Final score was 47 -35.
Here is our Behind the Helmet interview with Ayden from this past Summer. He is a special brand of athlete and we think now with 3 years of High School Football left is established as a College Prospect for the top tier of the 2019 recruiting class.
