In a stunning display of talent the Ranier Beach Vikings knocked of the Whitney Young Dolphins 89-82 in the night game at the Les Schwab Invitational to move on to the final. Jahlil Okafor had 28 and Paul White had 26 for the Dolphins but it was not enough. Beach's Shaqquan Aaron had 20 points and David Crisp had 33 to lead the boys from Seattle to the big win. The dynamic duo combined for 11 of 20 from 3 point land and the entire squad, especially the big men inside, contributed to the win in front of an electric crowd. Ranier Beach is moving on the final tonight at 9:00 PM at Liberty High School.
They will face Bishop Gorman who came back to beat Oregon power West Linn 57-49 to move on. Gorman was led by Noah Robotham who had 16. Payton Pritchard was 6 for 10 in the game from 3 point land to lead all scorers with 24 just establishing himself further as a serious talent; only a Sophomore. Gorman plays at 9 Pm and Whitney Young will take on West Linn at 7:30 PM.
