College Coaches are ringing up Cole Morgan and Eddie Behringer who own and operate the NW Elite Football Camp which was formerly known as the Jason Gesser Camp. Why you may ask?
The camp which is next Friday at Mercer Island High School is the biggest and most prestigious camp of its kind in the Northwest. Because of that it attracts the top kids from Oregon and Washington. And with dozens of kids with offers and on the verge of offers coming to the Camp your already the Coaches are calling because they want in on the chance to Coach and work with all these kids up close and personal.
In 2012 700 plus kids came to be seen and be coached and the NW Elite Football Camp was a huge success. Look for that again this year!
Colorado State just committed to be there with coaches on the ground. That makes 21 the number of schools we are counting in attendance and 70 to 90 total coaches are expected to work the camp.
Another reason the Coaches are calling suddenly and trying to get in and Coach at the last minute is the number of kids from outside the Region who are coming in. It is remarkable but no surprise that the camp now has kids from 10 additional States and adding to that is a HUGE contingent of boys who are coming from British Columbia and Canada. And believe me when I say these guys can play.

Many of these athletes are All League and All Region up there. And I can hear some of you guys saying “Yah but it’s only Canada”. Right? Well be ready. Because these boys are going to surprise even the best of the locals. Of course we do no know that much about most of these boys. But we do know about Maleek Irons.

6’2″ – 205 lbs
In 2014 he had 3,300 yards and 45 TD’s on the ground and if you add in his other all purpose yards your looking at 4,000 yards plus. Watch his film. Then let’s see how many Coaches at the camp have him on speed dial the next day.
