Here are just a few of the best of Friday Night!

Name Why are they a Friday Night's Best?
Thomas Tyner Aloha HS The Senior threw down the grand daddy of all Friday Night's Best!  He ran 38 times for 644 yards and 10 TD's and broke the State Record by two hundred yards and set the #3 all time best in the USA.  SICK!  18 TD's On the season and 1248 yards.  2.5 games?  incredible.  Watch http://highschoolsports.oregonlive.com/news/article/2271937123293001980/thomas-tyner-highlights-watch-all-18-of-tyners-touchdowns-this-season-video/
Derek Nash, Philomath The Qb from Philomath HS made some 4A noise throwing for 331 and 3 TD's to get his crew the win over LaSalle Prep; the reigning State Champs!
Kendrick Bourne, Milwaukie Ok we tried to tell you all right?  He has now made a case as the premier receiver in the Portland area.  His 4 TD's and 179 Yards was really just too much!  This is a young man rising oh so fast!  If he keeps his grades moving up he goes all the way!  Period.  In fact his film sent to us today was in fact as impressive as any we have seen in a long long time!  http://www.hudl.com/team/23484/highlights/9180836
Jake LaCoste, West Albany What can we say.  Tyner has a major competitor in this kid!  338 yards and 4 more TD's is just a walk in the Park for LaCoste.  And he and the Bulldogs did this against Top Defense from Crescent Valley!
Eric Dungey, Lakeridge The Sophomore Pacer was stellar in the 84-63 shoot out with the Warriors.  Had it not been for Tyner's miracle game Dungey would have been the guy everyone spoke about.  As it is his 6 Passing TD's and hundreds of yards as well as some amazing plays against a tough Warrior Defense said enough.  The young man is big time!
Sam Riddle, QB Century Sam was on his A Game again.  He went 12-17 for 270 yards, 4 TD's and no Ints all in the first half.  Wow.
Century HS Jags The Jaguars put up 66 Points in a game against Hillsboro their cross town rivals.  And the racked up 500 yards.  Both school records.
Lake Oswego Lakers They are 3-0 and look as if they have not lost even one step from last season.  How is that possible?  Team work.  Period.  The Lakers have some exceptional guys but what they really have is a deep team of brothers who play to win.  They beat a Powerhouse CC Squad who is now 1-2 after the loss.
AJ Glass, Jesuit

The unbreakable Mr Glass just kept pouring in on.  220 yards and 4 TD's taking his season total to 787 and 14 TD's.  2000 Yards again this year becoming a formality!

Beau Duronslet, CentralCatholic Beau is an amazing WR/Slot/DB.  In the tough loss he caught 8 balls and had 1 TD on his way to 170 yards receiving.
Aidan Wilder, Central Catholic The JR QB is a two way threat and proved that going for 285 yards through the air and running for 74 yards.  The Rams will win a whole lot of games under his leadership!
John Williams, Lincoln He is the best QB in the City and gets not much press.  So accurate and calculating.  26 of 45 for 347 yards and 2 TD's and 1 Rushing TD in the loss to Westview.
Bruce Jones JR and Blake Richard The Sunset Running Back Tandem each ran for over 100 yards.  Jones went for 2 TD's and Ricahrd for 1 in the big win over Grant!
Hermiston Bulldogs, Team The unranked Bull Dogs took #1 Sherwood to the wall before the Bowmen oulled out a late scores to win 35-28.
Sherwood Offense 475 yards of offense.  Again.  The Bowmen attack amazese every week.  Cristan Morris had over 100 yards for his third straight week!
Silverton Foxes A great start for Coach John Mannions team as they are 3-0 and getting balanced play on Offense and defense from many of the team members!
Cory Hinks, Wilson The stud Rb for the Trojans went for 187 yards on the ground on 17 carries and had 3 TDs in the win!
AJ Antillon, Liberty The all purposed stud had 138 yards on 9 touches to led Liberty over St Helens 20-14.
DeVauntae Hoffman, Gresham The amazing Senior RB/DB/LB had 205 yards and 2 TD's and had 1 INT plus a boat load of tackles in double duty for the Gophers.  They kid is a major stud!
Hayden Gosling, McNary The Junior QB threw for 307 yards and a TB in a nice game against Gresham!
Henry Vy, Parkrose We have brought Henry to the forefront before.  This is a really great athletes.  178 yards on 17 carries and 2 TD's against the #1 defense in 5A in Wilsonville.  Kid is good but not good enough to get the W against Willy!
Ryan Walsh, Wilsonville The Wildcats all purpose weapon went to work.  4 Touches, 3 TD's (1 Rushing and 2 receiving),  254 yards of total offense. WOW!
Tualatin Timberwolves Offense Just Under 400 yards led by Brandon Shroyer the JR QB who had a stellare night passing and running the offense.  The T-Wolves looked really good in a 48-14 win over Forest Grove.
Spencer Payne, McMinnville The Senior 2 way stud led the way again with right at 170 yards rushing and 3 TD's.  He continues to be one of the premier guys in the State!
Mitchell Thompson, Oregon City 37 carries for 275 yards and 3 TD's was just enough to get thye Pioneers the win over David Douglas 33-31.
Kyle MIller, David Douglas Kyle is a  leader for this Scott team and had 3 Interceptions and  A receiving TD to take his team all the way to the end losing a heart breaker 33-31 to a OC Field Goal!
