The NW Stars Camp is about 2 1/2 Weeks out in Kent, Washington and will be the last best chance for the best unsigned Seniors in the Pacific NW to be seen. Over 150 athletes are registered and colleges are confirming their attendance as well. The unique Non-Padded camp comes at a time when many Seniors have signed their letters of intent but many more are looking for options. Many will find a home after camp if all works out as it did last season.
Underclassmen are heading into the Camp as well as this is a great chance for them to shine and jump start their recruiting too. Lots of media coverage and the unique chance to meet college coaches makes this Camp a must attend for those looking to get a leg up.
One of those underclassmen is Alex Chapman from Richland High School. He is 5’10” and 170 lbs and had one heck of a Junior year.
He was been named 1st Team All Conference (Mid Columbia Conf.), 1st Team All Area DB and All State Honorable Mention DB as a Junior. He also carries a 3.64 GPA.
His season last year featured 8 Interceptions and his ability to make reads and adjustments make him a terror to throw the ball towards. We are truly looking forward to watching him perform at the NW Stars Camp on February 27th, 2016. If you are heading out to camp drop me a note at dirkknudsen@gmail.com and we will feature you as well! Camp Registration and Info can be found right here-
