Trevor Jensen is a 6’2″ – 220 lb speedster and when he lines up on the Defensive End spot he shines. QB’s got used to the hard crashing fast mover pressuring and coming down on them and his film is a testament as to why Auburn Mountainview football is on the rise. In fact the Lion’s have one of the most dynamic Quarterbacks in the entire NW in Junior Gresch Jensen who was a QB MVP at our recent camp. They also return receivers Gavin Robertson (JR – 588 yds. – 6TD’s), Ki’jan Weisinger (JR- 500 yds – 6TDs), Ryan Lacey (JR-463 yds- 3 TDs), and Vaughn Daggs (JR – 433 yds- 6TD’s). This folks is a high powered offense with athletes across the board.
Back to Jensen. At he NW Stars Camp he was named a Co-MVP at the defensive end spot. We loved watching him and right after Session 2 (Linemen and Specialists) ended he was swamped with college coaches asking for his info. It was great to see a kid like this get a shot after signing day. Trevor is a college football player and to the extent he wants to he will find a home out West.
A testimony to the Camp came form Jensen, “Since the NW Stars Camp I’ve received some interest from some programs. I’m actually going for an official visit to Simon Fraser on Monday. So overall interest has really spiked since the camp for me!”
We think he has a lot to offer any team and his motor is his best asset. Once his jaw is set and that ball moves he is all on; perhaps the greatest asset any player can have.
Here is Trevor in our post Camp interview and his HUDL film is right below that.
