Alex Sirois Lands Big Sky Offer With More Coming

Century High School is home to one of the biggest kids in the Region.  That would be 6'5"-305 pound Alex Sirois.  And while he is not as well known as some O'linemen in the Region he is quietly moving up the ranks.  He reminds us of Austin Griffin or Dalton Milburn from last season as he is just a true beast.  The kid is just big all over.

Alex has super long arms and all of his proportions are big.  So it was really no surprised when he revealed he had made the leap from his 275 pound basketball frame to his 305 pound current size.

"That is good weight I put on.  The weight room has done that and I feel just great," he said.

That is not the only thing that has him feeling great.  His recent offer from North Dakota has him liking life a lot right not too.

"It is my first one.  But it is really nice to have that offer," said Sirois.

Now he plans to take his show on the road and see if he can impress some coaches at the NW Elite Football Camp June 8th at Mercer Island HS and the NIke NFTC June 10th at Oregon.  Both Camps are expected to be this seasons biggest football events and if the big dog needs a place to hunt down some top Defensive Linemen he has it coming up.

Alex also plans to hit the OSU Camp for one day, the Team Camp at Linfield with his Jaguars, and the Stanford Camp as well.  There is also Portland State where he plans to attend their big mans camp in June.  So things look great from his perspective and he think the Vikings are cling in too.

He just finished Track and Field and is maintaining a stellar 3.8 GPA.

"I am in an good position for more offers.  Hopefully Coaches will see me and appreciate what I can bring to their school," concluded Alex.  "No one will work harder or give them more then I will."

Great kid who we have enjoyed getting to know and plan to see more of in the future!  Good luck to Alex and Century Head Coach Bill Smith and the Jaguars as Spring Balls begins.
