ON: Is there any recent news on the Collegiate front? Have you been contacted by any schools via phone, em,ail, mail, text, or Facebook etc?
No offers yet.
ON: How is the Season Going so far for you and the Team?
Cautiously optimistic, we have a good set of skill players and looking forward to have a break out season in the South West Conference .
What Position(s) are you playing this season?
Quarterback
ON: Are you happy with your progress?
Strengths as a quarterback is being a good leader and making good decisions, and having good arm strength has always been a plus for me. Reading defenses and having good footwork is what I am improving upon . Being a quarterback you can always improve in anything to become a better quarterback; so my goal is to keep working and be the best I can be.
On: What is your favorite part of the Football season?
Big games and being with my team in Spiegelberg Stadium is what I love about football season
In a year from now what do you want to look back on and remember about this season that is just ahead?
It’s tough to look past our first game against Sunset, but of course everyone wants to win championships!  Right now my mind set is on our first game in Portland and at the end of the season we’ll see where we stand.
Name some guys who you have been impressed with on your team? Any surprises or young guys standing out?
Some Senior leaders who have been looking great so far have been Brayden Massey, Josh Hall, Jahan Kahusi, David Garcia, Will Cooney, Blake Snyder, Hudson Thomas and many others.

Makai Manuwai who is going to be a junior is looking to have a big year.

A young player who has stood out is Chase Cota who is going to be a freshman this season and is looking really good and could be a go to receiver.

ON: Why should a college recruit you when there are so many kids out there? What sets you apart?
I play in a great program, South Medford. South has had six college quarterbacks come out in the past 12 years leading up to me. Bill Singler our head coach has been a college football coach for 20 plus years and he worked on a staff with Bill Walsh at Stanford University. When it comes to my skill set I feel like I have a lot to offer a college, my throwing mechanics are as good as anyone’s in the state of Oregon, I can throw the deep ball and also put touch on passes. When it comes to the mental aspect of the game I understand the game inside and out, from little things to big things, in perpetration. I can be ready for various fronts and pre-snap and post-snap coverages. With the combination of my coaching to my preparation and my work in the offseason I believe that my game with transfer to the college game very well.
Offers of Visitations:
Various colleges have offered me to go the their games this fall.
