Dylan Lavelle Owns The Diamond for Lake Stevens

Lake Stevens junior big gun Dylan LaVelle is now in his 3rd season terrorizing North Puget Sound baseball diamonds. LaVelle is an outstanding diamond gem, as both a slick fielding 3rd sacker and up on the hill as a top flight pitcher.

Dylan was chosen as a 1st team All-Wesco North player following both his Freshman and Sophomore hardball seasons. Last spring LaVelle was chosen all league as both a pitcher and infielder.

This 6’2″ 190 pound fire-balling junior was also chosen 1st team all-state 4A following his stellar sophomore season. LaVelle plays his summer ball with Seattle’s heralded
Chaffey baseball squad.

Dylan has also played in the Area Code games as well as the Mariner cup. This hitting machine is also a black belt in karate and has done tournaments since he was 9 years old. Baseball Northwest ranks LaVelle as the top junior in the state of Washington.

Young Mr. LaVelle hasn’t missed a beat this season either. He went 2 for 3 with a double and 3 rbi’s in an April 12th win over Arlington.

April 14th he had 2 hits and 3 more
ribbies in a 6-5 win over the Eagles from Arlington. The Lake Stevens ball club sits at 9-2 on the season heading into an important series with arch rival Marysville Pilchuck.

Fellow Junior big gun Anthony Blackie and stalwart senior pitcher JT Cox help lead a dangerous and talented Lake Stevens Vikings squad.
