Evan Voeller has a full mail box with letters coming in from programs Nationwide. |
Out at West Linn things are green and quiet. One of the best places in the State to live and grow up. Like the community Evan Voelleris quietly been gaining National attention as a top O’linemen.
He ended the regular season as an All State Linemen and at 6’4″ and 280 pounds it is easy to see why. His skill set and overall maturity for an underclassmen is amazing.
Offers have been solidified from UCLA, U of W, and Purdue. As of yesterday he gets to count Boise State among that growing list as well.
“Coach Gregory came by the school yesterday and I had a message to call him up. He basically said they had been following my progress and that they were ready to offer me,” said Voeller who has one more year at West Linn before he moves on.
The Bronco’s are high on his list and no doubt a school he will take an official visit to. He is hearing from almost the entire Pac 12 and schools like Auburn, Notre Dame, Alabama, and Nebraska too.
His brother Dallen Voeller was a standout WR at West Linn and is on the traveling squad at Oregon. The family just got back from the Rose Bowl and there is no secret. They are all big Duck Fans.
In a perfect world would Evan like to be a Duck?
“That would be great. Coach Greatwood stays in touch and I am pretty high on their board from what I hear. We will see but that would be a great option for me,” he said.
Would he commit on the spot to Oregon?
Evan thought for a moment and then said, ” I will have to take some visits first. But they would be a top school for me.”
