In some pretty big in state news this Am the Oregon State Beavers can add the name David Morris to the recruiting War Room board under the “Commits” column. The powerhouse 2 way star form Oregon’s Sherwood High School just took to social media to declare his decision to become a Beaver after his Senior year.
We have tracked Morris first and often since he was a 10th grader and he has continued to rise both in skill and in Stature. At 6’3″- and 210 lbs he is a hybrid athlete who can play safety, running back, slot, tight end, and possibly outside linebacker. He is long and fast and his talents scream Safety but the Beavers may have an Outside Linebacker of the future in this guy. Time will tell.
One thing is for sure. The Beavers got a great young man and student athlete to go their way and that is a big deal in this 2017 recruiting class where Morris is a Top 5 prospect! Congrats to David and the Oregon State Beavers on this big decision!
